Directions to use: Invoke Ma Durga, connect and pray to her. Say the Sarva Mangala Mantra if meditating or praying. Apply on wrists, neck, heart, Third Eye and behind ears. If sad, unhappy or fearful, apply on palms, rub palms together and keep inhaling cupped palms on nose. And keep taking deep breaths. If struggling with a problem in life, put two drops into the navel (nabi) and Third Eye and sleep asking for clarity.
