Ingredients: Lemon balm, Angelica, vervain, valerian, skullcap root, chamomile, hyssop, lavender, aswagandha, chickweed, rhodiola root and olive leaf. The organic herbs are preserved in 80 proof alcohol. 

INSTRUCTIONS : Take half a dropper or tincture in 15 ml of water, three times a day.
