Directions: Chant the mantra as you apply. Rub a few drops on wrists and in a circle around your palms and inhale deeply if you find your mind in flux and you need peace. Great to use before your prayers or meditation or if you’re feeling agitated.

Rub in a circle around your chest or heart if are unable to let go of the past, or live in the future. And therefore aren’t able to grow and flow in the present. 

Put on your throat if you need to assert yourself firmly and if you feel you can’t draw boundaries.

Rub on your knees if you feel you place limits on your own growth and progress. 

Put a drop in your nabi (navel) every night before bedtime, if you’re a devoted Hanuman Bhakt, to awaken and strengthen your connection with Him. This will bring up sadness for the first few days, as the oil clears pain. Let it pass.
