Directions: Put a tablespoon per cup into a tea pot, pour hot boiling water on it. Let it steep for 15 minutes. Strain. Use tisane leaves 3 times. Store in fridge after each use, only in ceramic or steel bowl. Drink 2-3 times a day. Use honey or date syrup to sweeten if you want. Can reuse the herbs once more, if stored in fridge.
